Police Launch Manhunt for ‘Abusua One God’ Over Fraud and Character Assassination

The Ghana Police Service has initiated a manhunt for a self-styled spiritualist known as “Abusua One God,” following a series of complaints linking him to fraudulent activities and character assassination against prominent figures.

‘Abusua One God,’ once reputed as a fraudster who lost his marriage due to his illicit practices, has allegedly rebranded himself as a spiritual leader but continues to defraud individuals seeking spiritual guidance.

Sources report that he has been defaming numerous Ghanaian public figures, including pastors, musicians, and athletes, targeting their reputation with baseless accusations.

His recent criticism of Apostle Francis Amoako Attah, a respected figure in Ghanaian ministry, has led to heightened tensions.

Apostle Francis Amoako Attah, who has served 25 years in prophetic ministry, is recognized as one of the nation’s spiritual leaders and considers himself a “gatekeeper” in the faith community.

The attacks on Apostle Attah’s character reportedly involved claims that he (Apostle Francis Amoako Attah) stole his (Abusua one god) prophecies, sparking outrage among the prophet’s supporters.

In a recent response, Apostle Francis Amoako Attah sent a public warning to ‘Abusua One God,’ urging him to cease his actions or risk facing severe consequences for himself and his lineage.

“I am 60 years old and have spent a quarter of a century in ministry,” Apostle Attah declared, defending his reputation and legacy.

He has since been reported to the security agencies.

Authorities are asking anyone with information on ‘Abusua One God’’s whereabouts to come forward.

This case serves as a reminder of the dangers of unchecked character assassination and the importance of protecting individuals from fraudulent schemes and malicious defamation.
