Hon. Emmanuel Ashie Moore, the Greater Accra Regional Chairman of the NDC, has urged the public to disregard an old video circulating on social media that seeks to discredit him.
In a statement, Hon. Ashie Moore clarified that the video in question is not recent and is being used maliciously to damage his reputation within the NDC and among the general public.
He emphasized that the video’s circulation is a deliberate attempt to undermine his credibility and bring him into disrepute.
“I wish to state explicitly that the purported video is an old video. The circulation of these videos is just one of the mischievous attempts to court disaffection and ridicule for my person,” Hon. Ashie Moore stated.
Despite the distraction, Hon. Ashie Moore affirmed his commitment to ensuring that the NDC wins 25 parliamentary seats in the Greater Accra Region in the upcoming December 2024 elections.
He also expressed his dedication to supporting H.E. John Mahama and his running mate, Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, in their bid to lead Ghana.
“The great NDC and the public are advised to ignore the mischief that was intended,” he concluded.
