Member of Parliament (MP) for Akim Swedru, Hon Kennedy Osei Nyarko is confident of winning the upcoming parliamentary primaries by 68%.
The New Patriotic Party (NPP) will on Saturday, January 27, 2024, hold its parliamentary primaries to elect candidates for the various constituencies across the country.
Ahead of the primaries, Hon Kennedy Osei Nyarko has expressed great confidence in himself, considering the many developments he brought to the constituency during his term in office.
According to him, the ground is very fertile for victory and that the delegates are more than willing to vote for him to continue the good works.
Interestingly, situation on grounds has given credence to his confidence in the outcome of the election which Hon Kennedy Osei is much optimistic of winning.
He said, he has every hope that delegates would give him the full support and vote for him on Saturday.
He believes his achievements within the last twelve years are unprecedented, comparing them to what his predecessor achieved in his entire long period serving as a legislator for the Akim Swedru constituency.
“Under my watch this constituency has witnessed massive facelift than before, no one can compare his achievements to me in terms of development in the Akim Swedru constituency. Looking at my contribution to the people, the only reward they will give me is to retain me to be able to continue the good works that I have started for the development of the constituency,”
As the NPP goes to the poll to elect parliamentary candidates for the 2024 general elections in January, the incumbent, MP, Hon. Kennedy Osei Nyarko is seeking a fourth term and is hopeful of victory.
