Albert Asiedu Boadu Honoured for Promoting Employee Well-Being and Love-Centred Workplace

Mr. Albert Asiedu Boadu, the Chief Executive Officer of Dr Aseidu Amega Herbal Bitters has been honoured with the Employee Well-Being and Love-Centered Workplace Award at the Peace and Love Conference Awards and Dinner held on Friday, February 14, 2026.
The award recognised his exceptional leadership, vision and dedication to creating a supportive and growth-oriented working environment for his team.
According to the citation, Mr. Boadu is “more than a boss,” describing him as a mentor, motivator and leader who genuinely cares about the growth and well-being of his staff.
The organisers noted that his commitment to staff welfare and professional development has fostered a workplace culture where employees feel valued, supported and empowered to succeed.
The citation further commended him for his guidance and unwavering support, which have contributed significantly to the personal and professional advancement of his team members.
The honour was presented under the auspices of the Global Peace Ambassadors Awards and NGO Conference, led by its Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Gladys Biney.
In a brief message accompanying the award, Ms. Leticia Adutwumwaa expressed appreciation to Mr. Boadu for his leadership style and positive impact on the lives of those he works with.
