First Batch of Tamale Pilgrims Weigh Luggage Successful … As Flight Departs on August 26
Ghanaian pilgrims’ are scheduled to depart the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as the first flight to Tamale have weighed their luggage successful without any hitches as compared to previous hajj operations.
Pilgrims are preparing for their departure from Saudi Arabia to the Tamale International Airport after confirming thier names on the well prepared departure manifest.
All Ghanaian pilgrims’ brought and supervised by the pilgrims Affairs office of Ghana ( PAOG) have performed all the Hajj rituals with smooth supervision by members of the Hajj Board.
About 490 pilgrims from the Northern zone of Ghana will be on the first flight via FlyNas airline with all their approved luggage going with them.
Pilgrims are so far satisfied with the arrangements and welfare treatment given them by the PAOG.
‘” In fact the food given us is up to taste and it has help us saved about $ 200 that we would have used in buying food’ our hotels are very good comparing to other African countries here in Mecca and I thank the Hajj board for this”‘ a pilgrim noted.
‘I applaud the Hajj Baord for bringing the security here because our safety is secured especially how they guard the hotels is very impressive’ they noted.
