A German based philanthropist and a member of the National Democratic Congress NDC Hon. Alhaji Jalali Yunusah has engaged members of the party in Hamburg – Germany to deliberate on how they could help the party to secure victory ahead of the 2024 general elections.
The engagement sought to interact with the members, outline measures as well as share views and opinions with the party’s supporters in Hamburg.
The meeting also brought members together to watch the live party Manifesto launch held at Winneba over the weekend as well as discuss matters concerning Ghana and the manifesto.
Addressing party members at the gathering, Alhaji Jalali Yunusah stated that the NPP has messed up the economy of the country resulting in stagnated development and worsened economy which has brought unbearable hardship to Ghanaians.
The NPP he said lied its way to power and the current situation in Ghana has exposed their incompetence and therefore lack the credibility to govern the country.
He stated that John Mahama used only four years to move the country to a higher level by bringing development to most parts of the country adding that Nana Addo and Bawumia’s 8 years in office have nothing to show.
He explained that the 24-hour economy of John Mahama is a game changer that will rescue Ghanaians from hardship and reduce the rate of unemployment in the country.
According to him, the 24 – Hour Economy has encouraged not only the NDC support base in Hamburg but has also brought hope thereby encouraging members of other parties to join the NDC in a bid to ensure victory on December 7.
He urged the party members in Hamburg to explain the 24 – Hour Economy to their families, friends and love ones on how the 24 – Hour Economy works in Germany and how it has reduced unemployment rate in that country.
Hon. Alhaji Jalali Yunusah revealed that Akufo-Addo and Dr. Bawumia’s administration has failed Ghanaians adding that Dr. Bawumia has nothing good to offer Ghanaians if elected into power.
He said there is the need for Ghanaians to massively vote against Dr. Bawumia and his party adding that the NDC and John Dramani Mahama is the only solution for Ghana’s problem.
He encouraged the members to have faith in NDC as it is the only party that has policies that will create a friendly environment for businesses to thrive.
He emphasized on the need for the party support base in every constituency to continue the hard work to ensure a massive win adding that with a united front the December elections will be an endorsement for John Mahama and the Parliamentary Candidates.
According to him, despite the optimism of the party winning the December polls there is the need for all party members to protect and safeguard the ballot boxes through to its final destination to avoid any attempt rigging.
