Staff of Marwako Fast Food Ltd on Monday surprised the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Alhaji Mohammed Marwan Chaaban, with a special citation in appreciation of his recent salary top-up for all employees.
The unexpected gesture from the CEO, made last week, was aimed at strengthening relations between management and staff while recognising employees for their loyalty, dedication, and hard work.
On November 17, the staff, led by the General Manager, Richmond Kponor, gathered to present the citation to Alhaji Chaaban. The emotional presentation is said to have left the CEO visibly moved.
Speaking after the ceremony, Mr. Kponor noted that the CEO’s consistent support has cultivated a positive work environment that fosters innovation, teamwork, trust, and open communication.
He added that the show of appreciation from staff will further enhance cooperation and reinforce unity within the organisation.
Alhaji Chaaban expressed gratitude for the honour and urged employees to continue upholding the spirit of commitment and hard work as Marwako continues to pursue its vision and mission.
