State Capture: List of State Lands Sold To NDC Cronies Under Former President Mahama Drops

A very tall list of several state lands sold to cronies of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and private companies during the tenure of former President John Mahama has leaked.

In light of recent uproar and allegations from the Hon. Member of Parliament of North Tongu, Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, in respect of certain public lands which he alleged are evidence of state capture by the current government and its officials, a list also showing some Lands sold under the former President John Mahama, has leaked.
The list showed that state lands were mainly sold to NDC cronies under the full watch of Mr. Mahama.

The sale of the land which happened in a state capture format, began on October 23, 2014 with the sale of state lands at cantonments residential area to Ghana International School.

Other state lands at Cantonments residential area were sold to Bizsol Ghana Limited on November 19, 2014.

Information gathered suggest that on December 29, 2014 state lands at Switchback Road Residential area were sold out to B. K.a Selormey.

XF Engineering and Construction Limited received its fair share of State lands on December 27, 2014 when the President Mahama sold some state lands at Cantonments residential area to the company.

Individuals such as Nana Kojo Ansah, Yaw Manu Sarpong, Dr. Jihad Joseph Akl, all cronies of NDC greatly profited from the seeming state capture under NDC.

Other NDC cronies who bought state lands under Mahama included Franklin Addo Obiri, Joshua Hammond, Francis Dzikunu, and Nana Kwadwo Dwemoh Benneh.

The list exclusively obtained by www.africapublicity.com shows companies such as Rona Construction Limited, Tripple X Ventures, I. Sible Co Limited, FBN Investments Ghana Limited are all part.

The state capture under Mahama came to an end on June 15, 2016 when Felix Nikoe Djanie and Mary Maxwell Djanie, two NDC well known cronies bought state lands through the Labadi Redevelopment Scheme at the Ghana @50 area.

Even a land belonging to the State located at Airport residential area was sold to one Mrs. Mary Tweneboah on June 30, 2016.
