Prof. Afful Broni Is A Miracle Worker – UEW Lecturer
A lecturer at the University of Education, Winneba, Samuel Ziggah has described the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Education-Winneba, Rev. Father Prof. Afful Broni, as a miracle worker.
Speaking on Rainbow Radio where he eulogized the VC, Samuel Ziggah said the Vice-Chancellor has prioritised infrastructure in the school to help accommodate the newly graduated students from the free Senior High School policy.
According to him, the university is prepared to admit new students especially those who have benefitted from the free secondary education policy.
He averred that UEW has heavily invested in physical infrastructure to accommodate the new admissions; all by dint of Rev. Father Prof. Afful Broni’s hardwork
”I doff my hat for Rev. Afful-Broni. He is doing wonders at the school. He has invested heavily in physical infrastructure. Let’s be objective, the man is working. He has done his best and prepared the school to admit the new students. He has constructed three new hostels in the school.”
Mr. Ziggah said the new policy of the school is to allow all first-years to stay on campus.
The continuing students he disclosed would be made to go rent hostels in town as part of measures to contain the spread of the virus.
He said: ”If you admitted as a first-year student, you will stay on campus but as a second-year student, you will find your level.”
