The confirmed outgoing Member of Parliament (MP) for Effutu, and shameless Board Chairman of the Ghana Water Co. Ltd. (GWCL), Alexander Kwamena Afenyo-Markin, is reminded that at the next hearing of the useless suit he brought against me scheduled for Wednesday, December 9, 2020, he would be affectionately referred to as the former Member of Parliament (MP) for Effutu, Insha Allah!
Afenyo-Markin would be at liberty to head to court after losing the Parliamentary election on December 7, 2020, but this would most likely amount to comic relief, just as the recent lawsuits against the Electoral Commission (EC) in respect of the EC’s refusal to release the ‘Voter ID Cards’ of some thirty-eight persons whose registration in the just ended voter registration exercise, was challenged and upheld by the High Court. After all, any idiot like Afenyo-Markin can go to court (Asiedu Nketiah, 2012).
This suit against me at the High Court, *General Jurisdiction*, was filed by the coward Afenyo-Markin, after he shamefully discontinued the initial suit he filed against me in 2019, at the High Court, *Commercial Division*, when defeat stared him in the face.
And this little chap Afenyo calls himself a lawyer? What a joke! Which lawyer worth his salt will commence a fresh suit after discontinuing a case, following his opponent’s statement of defense, which basically knocked out the complainant’s case?
Little Afenyo must know that, the courtroom is not a synonym for a classroom for him to learn the law.
By this singular act, Afenyo-Markin has accepted in principle that he is inferior to me.
Afenyo-Markin disgracefully claimed to have served me the latest suit through substituted service, according to court documents. However, no trace of this latest suit has been found on any of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) notice boards, or my Palace, as at November 19, 2020.
To finish Afenyo-Markin off, substituted service is most often resorted to, after a number of failed attempts to effect personal service. I can swear on my Holy Quran that, no attempt has been made to personally serve me this latest court process.
It is obvious that Afenyo-Markin had a hidden agenda of obtaining a judgment in default against me when he applied for substituted service immediately following the writ he filed against me at the High Court, General Jurisdiction. By Allah’s grace, Afenyo-Markin has been exposed ‘big time’!
The arsenal at my disposal is so overwhelming that, Afenyo-Markin is now permanently running for cover!
The case was called on Tuesday, November 17, 2020, and adjourned to Wednesday, December 9, 2020. My application to the honourable court for leave to file late appearance and defend the suit, was granted.
To compound the woes of Afenyo-Markin, his main opponent in the upcoming Parliamentary elections on December 7, 2020, has turned Afenyo-Markin into a spectator. Afenyo-Markin now stand on rooftops to watch his opponent’s floats. I assure the miserable Afenyo-Markin that the mother of all humiliations is patiently waiting for him on December 7, 2020, Insha Allah!
In addition to Afenyo-Markin being reminded, two staff of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), are advised to withdraw the orders handed down to a voodoo priest to eliminate a friend (Dr. Braimah) and myself. This is in their own interest.
If shrines, voodoo, juju and all such filth could touch me, then I would have died a ‘million times’ by now!
I know a certain failed MP alone whose countless directives to his shrines and voodoo, geared towards eliminating me, have proven ineffective, and so shall it continue unabated, Insha Allah!
