Information reaching the son of the upright peasant farmer indicates that, the beleaguered, frustrated and outgoing Member of Parliament (MP) for Effutu, and ‘finished’ Board Chairman of the Ghana Water Co. Ltd (GWCL), the dishonourable Alexander Kwamena Afenyo-Markin, is vainly on the lookout for the son of the upright peasant farmer.
Afenyo-Markin is urged to make his way promptly to the Dodowa Forest where the ‘son’ is patiently waiting for him, in order to put a finality to this ‘banter’, since Afenyo-Markin’s ill-thought out plan of ‘strangling’ me with frivolous and vexatious court actions, has failed woefully! Even death cannot be used to coerce me to put an end to publishing Afenyo-Markin’s outright criminal acts in defense of his senseless attacks on the University of Education, Winneba (UEW). Of what use therefore are his court actions against me?
As for the voodoo and shrines being tried on me, they are as useless as those who solicit their non-existent powers against me.
Since Afenyo-Markin has failed to honour my invitations to a live televised debates earlier extended to him, he may quickly consider meeting me at the Dodowa Forest with all the weapons at his disposal. I’m waiting patiently for him there with Allah!!
The raid on SOFTribe, effectively spelt the doom for the current Board of GWCL! Afenyo-Markin ought to know that, some money is ‘poison’, so even if such ‘poisoned’ money is offered to one freely, the best is to send it ‘back to sender’! Afenyo-Markin is at liberty to consult some dismissed Justices of the High Court, such as Justices Paul Dery and Mustapha Habib Logoh, on ‘poisoned’ money/gifts.
SOFTribe has a legitimate contract with GWCL, and there are procedures for terminating contracts in this country, and one of such procedures, is definitely NOT armed raids! Herein lies another proof of Afenyo-Markin’s questionable legal expertise.
If anyone is in need of some of the legitimate money SOFTribe is making from its contract with GWCL, the most viable option would have been to go to SOFTribe, with a cup in hand, and literally beg!
Incorporating a company to take over the legitimate contract of SOFTribe from GWCL, with a promise to render the same services to GWCL at a much lower rate, has no better description, other than a criminal undertaking!
Who doesn’t know that Afenyo-Markin is a walking ‘debt grenade’, waiting to explode the moment he is thrown out of Parliament, come 7th December, 2020?
The little chap Afenyo-Markin is put on notice that, all the phone calls he placed to Bismark, and all messages sent to him, whether via network or WhatsApp, are being forwarded to me.
Afenyo-Markin’s communication with Bismark, centers on the Intermec suit against me and others. If Afenyo-Markin, the disastrous Board Chairman of GWCL, who presided over the award of the hugely inflated sole sourced contracts to Intermerc has no interest in Intermec, why then is Afenyo-Markin sending threatening messages to Bismark in respect of an alleged service of Intermec’s suit? And on what basis did Afenyo-Markin send photos of a supposed substituted service initiated by Intermec to Bismark? Which law in this country provides that substituted service is effected through WhatsApp messaging? Is Afenyo-Markin really a Lawyer?
The communication Afenyo-Markin initiated with Bismark, would be used as evidence in court, including a WhatsApp call Afenyo-Markin placed to Bismark at 11.31am on Thursday 12th December, 2019, to prove that Afenyo-Markin has an interest in Intermec, and therefore, a clear and blatant conflict of interest for Afenyo-Markin to preside over the Board of GWCL in respect of the award of hugely inflated contracts to Intermec!
