“It was fun, there was dancing competition, chair dancing and prices were given out to winners. There were drinks available to drink, enough food to eat and volunteers of the Foundation indeed had great time dancing and having fun with the children,” she said.

She also mentioned that the fun-filled party treated the children who were drawn from Fodzoku and its surrounding areas to a variety of mouth-watering dishes like jollof rice, plain rice, chicken and boiled eggs served with beverages.

She explained further that Benevolent Hearts Foundation was committed to enhancing lives, bringing hope to the less fortunate children in the society by ensuring smiles on their faces especially during the yuletide.

“We’ve demonstrated this commitment over the years and I must say that this is the 5th time in a row orphans and deprived children are benefitting from the Foundation during the Christmas festivities, but this time around we have managed to organize a much bigger party compared to the previous ones because we have expanded the project to reach out not only to orphans but also to children in deprived communities like Fodzoku,” she added.

She appealed to other charitable organizations, institutions, philanthropists and well-meaning Ghanaians to endeavor to support Benevolent Hearts Foundation to enhance lives and bring hope to many disadvantaged people in society.
